Policies
All tuition is due the first (1st) of each month and is late if paid after the seventh (7th). All tuition paid after the 7th you will be charged a late fee of $10. Your child will not be permitted to attend classes or participate in any performance unless your account is current. Please direct your billing questions and payment arrangements to our studio manager. (Parents/students are responsible for any legal or collection fees that are accrued due to delinquent accounts)
There will be a $15 fee charged for any returned check. If you have 2 returned checks to your account, all future payments must be made with either cash or money order or Venmo.
There are NO refunds, credits, transfers, or extensions on tuition. Missed classes may be made up in a class of the same or lower level within 30 days.
No reduction in monthly tuition will be made for missed classes. The monthly rate will remain the same throughout the year regardless of the number of weeks in any given month. The tuition rate accounts for months with 5 weeks as well as months with 3 weeks (due to the holidays). If you choose to pay the “per class rate”, you must do so for the remainder of the season.
Classes with 3 or less students will be held for 1/2 the class time. This is considered to be a semi-private class; no fee reduction.
Single classes and privates must be paid for in advance.
Studio 31 and its staff reserve the right to remove a student from class for failure to observe the dress code and/or rules of conduct.
Studio 31 cannot be held responsible for any injuries or losses of personal property. Anything left at the studio will be placed in the lost and found box and given to charity after thirty (30) days.
